This fully automated control board potting line for home appliances offers the following technical features:
First, the equipment is equipped with an intelligent vision system with 3D scanning capability. After front-end imaging, the system automatically identifies the product type and loads the corresponding potting program. The product then enters the potting area, where rear-end imaging is performed to automatically identify the potting path and carry out fully automated potting without manual intervention. The three-axis robot uses a servo motor plus ball screw drive, ensuring stable and reliable operation.

Second, the supply system is equipped with four storage tanks. The A and B components are stored and supplied separately, enabling continuous large-volume feeding with heating and temperature control, vacuum degassing, and stirring functions to prevent sedimentation. Fourth, the control system integrates an industrial PC, display, Rangjin motion control card with advanced algorithms, Rangjin’s self-developed potting software, and PLC control. Fifth, the mixing system uses a dynamic mixing valve. Through a dual-liquid dynamic dispensing valve and a dynamic mixing tube, the two-component adhesive is mixed accurately in proportion. The system delivers rapid dispensing, high efficiency, and thorough, uniform, and consistent mixing. Sixth, the conveyor line uses a double-speed chain and motor drive, with adjustable conveying speed. The curing oven has a double-layer, six-row design, with the upper three rows used for product curing and the lower three rows for preheating.
